Illia is an enthusiastic student from Chernivsti, representing the Romanian ethnic minority in Ukraine. He obtained a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Romania at the Universitatea “Ștefan cel Mare” din Suceava (“Stefan cel Mare” University of Suceava) in History and International Relations respectively. He is now privileged to be a student at the College of Europe in Natolin, working towards his second Master’s in European Interdisciplinary Studies. During his studies in Romania, he was a member of the student organisation, using the opportunity offered by the Erasmus+ program and Work and Travel. He has a diverse background and has worked as an Assistant for a People’s Deputy of Ukraine, created a local NGO, and is also experienced in entrepreneurship and investment management.
