Harut is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science with a minor in Gender Studies at the American University of Armenia (AUA). As an official member of the European Youth Parliament Armenia, he has actively engaged in EYP conferences across a variety of countries, including Georgia, Armenia, Spain, Italy, and Finland. Beyond his academic pursuits, Harut is an avid enthusiast of geography with a particular fondness for maps. In August 2023, he had the honor of participating in the Ambassador Johnny and Mrs. Angie Young Civic Leadership Summit in Washington, DC, USA. Additionally, he is an avid supporter of Erasmus+ projects, believing that the valuable experiences gained from his participation in these initiatives have significantly enhanced his understanding of EU values. In parallel with his studies, he leads an active social and volunteer life, embodying a commitment to both academic excellence and community engagement.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
