Elshan is studying Business Economics in the joint project of the “Partnership Programme to develop the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Faculty of Administration Capabilities” between Azərbaycan Dövlət Neft və Sənaye Universiteti (Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry) and Georgia State University (Atlanta, USA). As a result of the experiences he gained as a Young Professional over the years, he contributed to the founding of Marketing of Universe (MOF) Agency LLC. He also worked as a Junior Sales and Marketing Specialist in the agency. For more than two years, he has been an Azerbaijani representative at local and international events (such as the European Forum of Young Leaders, which accompanies the European Economic Congress) in various non-governmental organisations, mainly Association des États Généraux des Étudiants de l’Europe (AEGEE)- European Students’ Forum.
