Costanza graduated with honours in April 2021 with a Bachelor degree in Foreign Languages and Business at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, Italy. She has recently graduated with distinction in September 2023 with a joint Master’s degree in Euroculture Erasmus Mundus – European Studies – at the University of Georg-August Göttingen, in Germany, and the University of Strasbourg, in France. Passionate about culture, diversity, and mobility, Costanza has lived and studied in several countries in the EU and beyond, by developing her language skills in English, French, Spanish and German. Her huge interest for political science, international relations and EU institutions brought her to actively participate in prestigious intercultural activities such as the MUN (Model United Nations) in New York, gaining an individual award for Diplomacy, and the Europamobil’s project of 2023 in Grand-Est France, where she visited schools spreading information on the EU and its values.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
