Arturo is a double Master’s degree student of European Governance at Utrecht University, with a passion for foreign affairs and communication. While a native Italian, he has travelled and studied extensively throughout Europe, from the Netherlands to the Czech Republic. Arturo is currently Head of the European Guanxi Podcast, and previously created and hosted his own broadcast about the relationship between the EU and its citizens: “EU&Me”. His academic and work experience have led him to develop a deep interest in the European Eastern Partnership, as well as Eastern & Southeast Asian countries. On a personal level, he enjoys skateboarding, cult movies, and rock music.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
