Artur is from Kharkiv, Ukraine. Currently, he is studying Politics, Sociology, and East European Studies at the School of Slavonic and Eastern European Studies at University College London. Artur is passionate about politics and enjoys discovering new things all the time. He is fluent in four languages and has recently started learning Hungarian. Over the past two years, Artur has been a part of the UCL Ukrainian Society committee, where he and his team promote Ukrainian culture by organising various events such as talks with politicians, workshops, and Q&A sessions with cultural influencers, and fundraisers that support Ukrainian people and the Ukrainian army.

It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
