Amrah is a youth activist and community mobilizer based in Ganja, Azerbaijan. He holds a Bachelor degree from Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidenti Yanında Dövlət İdarəçilik Akademiyası (The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan), and a Master’s degree in Political Science from the Ankara Sosyal Bilimler Üniversitesi (Ankara University of Social Sciences) in Turkey. He currently works as a training facilitator and project manager for various local and international non-governamental organisations.

It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
