Aleksandre is studying Business at the Ilia State University. He is passionate about reading literature, playing sports and learning languages. He is a Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) finalist and has spent the 2021-2022 academic year studying in the United States. He also has participated in Erasmus+ youth exchanges in Georgia, Italy and Croatia. In 2022 Aleksandre participated in a Civic Education Workshop in Washington D.C. and he considers this one of the most unforgettable memories of his life. Additionally, he is a recipient of State Scholarship and he tries to develop himself by facing a variety of challenges on daily basis.

It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
