Workshop on anti-bullying in the framework of Human Rights Campaign

In the framework of the Human Rights month, the YEAs in Azerbaijan teamed up with the EU funded “Resource Center” implemented by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights. They organised an event to help young people exercise their fundamental rights at home, school, community and contribute to fostering a healthy learning environment in the country through reaching out to teachers and equipping them with practical tools of the European Union in confronting bullying.

The training for teachers on December 14, 2019 provided information on the notion of bullying, its most common types, as well as ways to effectively handle and avoid bullying in schools. The event participants were trained on organising anti-bullying initiatives and anti-bullying campaigns as preventive practices.
