STEM School 2.0: Young European Ambassadors to introduce Ukrainian youth to STEM with an online course

The Young European Ambassadors initiative in Ukraine is hosting the second edition of the STEM School online course on 29-31 March to promote gender equality and to engage young people in the STEM field.

During the three-day event, participants will be introduced to the YEAs initiative and discuss gender equality, take part in workshops on academic integrity and listen to lectures on the IT industry and women in business.

The list of guest speakers includes Lyubov Terekhova, head of the Laboratory of Innovative Content of Education of the National Centre ‘Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine’ and Natalya Drik, CEO at ‘Blockchain Association of Ukraine’.

The event is a continuation of the first STEM School course organised in March 2023. YEAs hope that the event will foster interest in science, technology, engineering and mathematics among Ukrainian youth.

Registration is open to young women from Ukraine aged 16-26 interested in the STEM field.
The Young European Ambassadors (YEAs) initiative brings together socially engaged youth from the six Eastern Partner countries, the European Union and the United Kingdom to foster dialogue and to raise awareness about the EU and its cooperation with its Eastern partner countries.
