Office Support Agent at the EUDEL in Armenia


The EU Delegation to Armenia is looking for an Office Support Agent for the Operations section of the Delegation. Under this post, the recruited person will be attributed functions depending on the needs of the Delegation. Upon recruitment, the successful candidate will occupy a specific job function as Office Support Agent with a primary focus on to operational, administrative and secretarial assistance – this job function may be changed in accordance with the needs of the Delegation. The selected person will provide general administrative support and document management services, and carry out general secretarial tasks in Operations Section of the Delegation under the supervision and responsibility of the relevant head of section.

Selection Criteria

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Medically fit to perform the required duties;
  2. Enjoys civil rights and permits for employment under local law;
  3. Has a good working knowledge of English;
  4. Knowledge of Armenian (native speaker);
  5. Candidates with a level of education, which corresponds to Secretarial school studies attested by a diploma or completed Bachelor’s diploma.
  6. Minimum of 3 (three) years of relevant job experience as secretary, office support agent in performing duties similar to those mentioned in job description.

The following will be considered an asset:

  1. Additional EU language and/or Russian competency;
  2. Other university degrees;
  3. Experience in state, international, diplomatic organisation or in a dynamic private sector company;
  4. IT skills.
