EU4Youth: sign up now for Green Innovators Camp in Georgia

EU4Youth is calling for applications for participation in the first Green Innovators Camp as part of its social entrepreneurship project in Georgia.

Participants will be able to gain knowledge about green social entrepreneurship and innovations, meet successful entrepreneurs implementing their social businesses in Georgia and share their experiences.

The call for the Green Innovators Camp is open to young people aged between 18 and 29 living in Gori, Ninotsminda, and Akhmeta municipalities, who are interested in green entrepreneurship and motivated to jump start positive changes in local communities by using green entrepreneurship as a tool.

The camps will have two sessions, each lasting 10 days:

1st session: May 7 – 16

2nd session: May 23 – June 2

Due to the current pandemic situation, the maximum number of participants for each session is 15 people.

All of the regulations and restrictions in terms of preventing the spread of COVID will be fully enforced.

The Green Innovators Camp aims to discover entrepreneurship potential and leadership skills in youth, give them appropriate experience to share their knowledge with other representatives of local communities, and take care of developing the society where they live.

The deadline for applications is 28 April.

The Green Innovators Camp is part of the EU-funded project ‘EU4Youth: Social Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development (SEED) for Green Growth’, implemented by the Caucasus Environmental NGO Network (CENN) in partnership with KRDF and Green Lane (Armenia). The aim of the project is to discover the entrepreneurial potential in the most vulnerable municipalities and to promote entrepreneurship opportunities among youth.
