EU and UNDP launch entrepreneurship and business skills training for war-affected population of Ukraine

The European Union and the United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine have opened registration for entrepreneurship and business skills training for the war-affected population of Ukraine.

The five-day training programme aims to increase overall entrepreneurial activity in Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovs’k, Zakarpattia, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Sumy and Chernihiv regions, with a special focus on internally displaced persons from the south-eastern regions of Ukraine. The sessions will take place from April to June.

Micro, small and medium-sized business owners who plan to restore or expand their business, those who intend to start a business in the context of war, and internally displaced persons are invited to participate. They will develop a business plan based on the typical requirements of donor projects supporting micro, small and medium-sized businesses.

The training is free of charge. The organisers will provide accommodation (if necessary), meals, training materials, and reimburse travel expenses (if you have travel documents).

The registration deadline is five days before the start of each training.

The training is organised under the UN Recovery and Peacebuilding Programme with the financial support of the European Union.
