Study on compliance of legislation of the Republic of Armenia with international and regional standards on sexual harassment at work


This study on the compliance of legislation of the Republic of Armenia with international and regional standards on sexual harassment at work was undertaken by the EU4 Gender Equality Reform Helpdesk in collaboration with the Office of the Human Rights Defender of Armenia. It analyses national, regional and international laws, normative acts and legal documents, highlights existing gaps in legislative provisions, and offers recommendations on how to bring Armenian legislation into line with regional and international standards.
