International Energy Charter Annual Report 2017

‘This publication is a way to communicate and involve International Energy Charter “Shareholders” (Members of the Conference) by keeping them up to date with the related activities, and it is also a way to connect with Observers and generate interest into the array of events involving the Energy Charter Secretariat. The efforts to modernise the Energy Charter Treaty (ECT) continued to gain momentum in 2017 and the period of transition involved a complex but successful relocation of the Secretariat headquarters’.

Secretary General, Dr Urban Rusnák Foreword to Annual Report 2017
