EU4Youth IV: All-Ukrainian Youth Center holds strategic session in Kyiv


On 26-27 March, the Strategic Session of the All-Ukrainian Youth Center took place in Kyiv. Supported by the EU4Youth IV: Youth Engagement and Empowerment project, this event was aimed at determining the course for the strategic development of the Center, particularly focusing on fostering youth participation and youth policy advancement.

The Strategic Session facilitated fruitful discussions among stakeholders, including the representatives of the All-Ukrainian Youth Center, Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, international organizations, and youth civil society organizations. The active involvement of the EU4Youth National Coordinator for Ukraine underscored the project`s commitment to boosting youth participation in Ukraine.

During the first day of the event the participants defined the organisation’s mission, vision, and strategic goals based on a thorough analysis of the target audience. The second day focused on partnership strategies, threat identification, and mitigation planning, culminating in the creation of a practical strategic plan emphasizing collaboration and collective vision.

The outcomes of this session will guide the All-Ukrainian Youth Center in implementing initiatives aligned with its mission and vision, ultimately benefiting Ukrainian youth and advancing their participation.
