EU condemns repeated attacks against Ukraine over the past week

The EU condemns the repeated attacks against Ukraine over the past week, EU High Representative Josep Borrell said on X (formerly Twitter) on 25 March.

“Russia has used nearly 190 missiles to target civilians and destroy energy infrastructure, and deprive ordinary citizens of basic electricity and heating systems,” Borrell said. “These are war crimes.”

The EU High Representative also spoke yesterday to Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba. After this conversation, Borrell wrote on X that “it is more important than ever” to step up EU military assistance and speed up deliveries to Ukraine.
