EU Civil Protection Mechanism: Germany delivers new humanitarian aid to Moldova


Germany has provided new support to strengthen Moldova’s civil protection system to manage the flow of refugees from Ukraine. 

It consists of three fire engines, 225 cots and 50 generators, which will be distributed by the Ministry of the Interior to the various refugee sites. 

The supply is being made through the EU Civil Protection Mechanism.

Since the start of the war, Germany has provided the Republic of Moldova with humanitarian aid totalling more than €500,000.
