52 multi-storey buildings in Ukraine improve their energy efficiency with EU support

During the war and with the support of the European Union and other international partners, 52 housing cooperatives in Ukraine have fully completed energy modernisation projects for high-rise buildings.

According to the EU Delegation to Ukraine, the coopertives received cost reimbursement totalling UAH 349.9 million.

The energy modernisation projects were carried out under the ‘Еnergodim’ programme, implemented by the Energy Efficiency Fund, a Ukrainian state institution which supports energy efficiency initiatives and brings Ukraine up to European levels of energy efficiency by reducing the level of energy consumption and СО2 emissions in the residential sector.
