Join an online course and webinar by the European Solidarity Corps!

The European Solidarity Corps is offering a free Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) available until 12 November.

The course is hosted on the HOP platform and does not require attendees to go through a selection process. The working language is English, with most content translated to Spanish, Italian, German and Turkish.

The European Solidarity Corps (ESC) is an EU initiative allowing young people from the EU, EFTA, Western Balkans, and the Eastern and Southern Neighbourhoods to volunteer for projects benefiting the wider community.

The topics of the course include key information for ESC volunteers, including how to organise a Volunteering project and how to become a Corps volunteer, how a youth group can prepare and implement a local Solidarity project, what are the opportunities of the new Humanitarian Aid activity, how to get ready to apply for an ESC grant, and what kind of support is available for young people in ESC projects.

Registration is open on the course page and participants can study at their own pace until the course closes on 12 November.

A Webinar on “Reaching the Community Impact” will be held on 27 October at 14:00 CET. A glimpse into the course is also available on YouTube.
