How European Universities support students fleeing the war in Ukraine – Erasmus+ dashboard highlights opportunities

The European University Foundation and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki have designed a special tool to share information about initiatives by various European universities to support students fleeing the war in Ukraine.

The content of this website, developed with the support of the EU-funded Erasmus+ programme, is based on information provided by Higher Education Institutions, and is constantly updated.

The page provides the latest available information about emergency shelter, health support, special scholarships and fast-track application procedures during the war in Ukraine. A search option allows you to filter content by institution, country or city.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
