Project Description
The main objective of the Women Mentorship in Tech Programmes in Georgia project developed by Business and Technology University is to advance gender equality and bridge the skills gap in the ICT sector within the European Union (EU) and its external actions in alignment with the EU Gender Equality Strategy 2020-2025 and Gender Action Plan III by addressing digital inequalities among women and men, specifically focusing on enhancing their ICT proficiency, entrepreneurship skills, and career prospects.
Specific Objective
The main objective of the Women Mentorship in Tech Programmes Project is to advance gender equality and bridge the skills gap in the ICT in alignment with the EU Gender Equality Strategy 2020-2025 and Gender Action Plan III by addressing digital inequalities among women and men, specifically focusing on enhancing their ICT proficiency, entrepreneurship skills and career.

- Empower Girls and Women playing a more prominent role in ICT industry.
- Enhance Collaboration and Diversity in the ICT Industry with gender sensitive approach.
- Establish dedicated legal entity in Georgia, specifically designed to continue organizing and coordinating the self-sustained Program, ensuring its ongoing effectiveness and impact.
