Promoting CSOs as partners in building resilient social services

Project Description
The project aims to build new partnerships between CSOs-PAs to design/re-design community-based social services for vulnerable population (focus on laundry, hygiene and socialization). At the same time, the project will increase capacities of CSOs to develop and provide inclusive laundry, personal hygiene and socialisation services to vulnerable groups, develop sustainable and inclusive social services.

The communication and visibility actions will increase credibility of the population in CSOs role for social services delivery with EU support for social cohesion, and wellbeing of vulnerable people.
Specific Objective
1. Provision of financial support to CSOs to design/re-design community-based social services by integrating laundry, personal hygiene and socialisation for vulnerable groups.
2. Building new partnerships between local CSOs and public authorities in order to develop sustainable and gender appropriate community-based laundry services.
Expected Results
• At least 15 CSOs received financial support for the development and provision of community-based social services;
• At least 15 new partnerships between CSOs and PAs have been established in order to deliver sustainable and inclusive laundry services in local communities;
• At least 15 community-based services provided inclusive laundry, personal hygiene and socialisation services to vulnerable groups of population.
Finally, an estimative number of 1.500 of persons from vulnerable groups is expected to benefit from laundry services developed within the action.
