IT quality assurance in the EU assistance projects for Ukraine

Project Description
The action would aim at providing Ukrainian stakeholders in the area of JHA, including IBM and PAR, and possibly, depending on the available budget, also outside the JHA sector, with professional advice and hands-on support for IT-related matters
Specific Objective
1. Provide on ad hoc basis advice to the EU Delegation on IT systems/components of the EU funded projects in Ukraine, including Assessments studies and vision documents, and possible related issues not covered by other projects.
2. Professionalize stakeholder’s IT management.
Expected Results
Ad hoc advice, baseline and “as is” assessments of exiting IT and IT management capacity of selected stakeholders, studies and vision documents, final assessments of IT solutions/components and IT management capacity of stakeholders.
Roundtables, brainstorming sessions, training materials, report describing support given in training for the staff of selected stakeholders.
Ad-hoc policy recommendations and draft legislative and regulatory documents assessments for selected stakeholders in Ukraine.
