The 'EU4Digital Justice' project is a European Union–funded initiative, implemented by UNOPS under IPA III with a total budget of EUR 7.5 million, aimed at advancing the digital transformation of Albania’s justice system. Over 48 months, the project focuses on strengthening the rule of law by improving the efficiency, transparency, and performance of judicial institutions.

At its core, the project will support the development of a modern, interoperable Case Management System for the General Prosecutor’s Offices, enhance the operational and technical capacities of the Information Technology Centre for the Justice System, and introduce advanced Statistics and Business Intelligence tools to enable data-driven decision-making.

Through targeted technical assistance and system modernisation, 'EU4Digital Justice' seeks to streamline processes, improve institutional coordination, and deliver faster, more transparent justice services aligned with EU standards. This initiative represents a significant step toward a more effective, accountable, and digitally enabled justice system in Albania.
