Zumrud is a third-year student at the Azərbaycan Dillər Universiteti (Azerbaijan University of Languages) majoring in translation: Russian – English. She is a Presidential Scholarship holder and an active member of EYP Azerbaijan and the AzMUN Program. She was even an airport team volunteer at the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix 2022. Being a member of the Student’s Scientific Society, Zumrud has been involved in a number of Republican Scientific Conferences where she has enjoyed the opportunity to present her research papers mainly focused on linguistics. She strongly believes that her journey will help her to contribute to changes in the community and establish a sustainable basis for her future plans. Zumrud values her experiences in her role as Young European Ambassador.
