Zhanna’s involvement in international projects began at the age of 16, when she applied for and was selected for the FLEX exchange program to study for a year in the United States. Since then, she has been actively involved in various social and volunteering projects. She got her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and European Studies in Warsaw, Poland, with an exchange semester in Coventry, United Kingdom. While studying, she was involved in the Model European Union project, and in 2019 participated in the Strasbourg edition. She has also been an organizer and a chair of MEU in Warsaw.
Currently, Zhanna works at the United Nations Office in Ukraine, as a communications specialist.
She is also pursuing a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Cooperation and has had internships at the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, and recently – the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a B&S Europe-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
