Yuliia is in her second year of studies of International Communications at the Київський національний університет iменi Тараса Шевченка (Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko). The use of communication technologies in politics and the creation of a positive image are among her core priorities and interests. Yuliia believes that implementation of communication strategies and combating fake news will likely make up a great part of her future career. Dmytro Kyleba is her role model. She is passionate about languages and speaks three already, while also taking a keen interest in design and psychology. Yuliia looks forward to joining the initiative at a time when the Eastern Partnership countries continue to face hybrid threats from external actors.

EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
