Yelyzaveta Shevchenko is a third-year student in the Bachelor of International Relations at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. She is an active person contributing to the student government, as well as other initiatives at her university. As the head of the media team at the Student Council, she has acquired a lot of skills in copywriting and basic design, which are now her little hobbies. Apart from this, she is passionate about the activities of the European Youth Parliament, being an official member of this NGO. Despite her specialisation in American studies, Lisa has a strong wish to raise awareness about the EU-EaP partnership and its opportunities for young people, especially those from Eastern Ukraine who more vulnerable to the consequences of the Russo-Ukrainian War.
This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a B&S Europe-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
