Yaroslav Morozov studies Law at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Kharkiv, Ukraine). In 2017, Yaroslav became a finalist of the Future Leaders Exchange Program and spent a year in the USA as an exchange student. When returned to Ukraine, he started making his contribution to the development of his local community by volunteering and organizing social projects in his city. Currently, Yaroslav is a President of the European Law Students’ Association in Kharkiv and an active member of the university student union where he dedicates himself to organizing events on legal and diplomatic topics and implementing youth initiatives. Yaroslav is highly interested in European integration processes and is passionate about cooperation between the young people of the EU and EaP countries.

EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a B&S Europe-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
