Victoria is currently finishing her Bachelor degree in Political Science at the Український католицький університет (Ukrainian Catholic University). As a member of the Youth Council at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, she contributes to the development of youth diplomacy in Ukraine. She has managed more than 20 public relations and diplomacy initiatives in both private and governmental sectors. She has represented the voice and interests of young people from Ukraine and other Eastern Partnership countries as a Young European Ambassador since 2019. Victoria says: “I am convinced that the Young European Ambassadors’ initiative is an efficient platform that fosters dialogue and cooperation between the EU and its neighbours.”

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
