Victoria Kulyniak is a Political Science student at Ukrainian Catholic University. She has been involved in social activism for 4 years, everything started with volunteering at public events, and now, her main occupation is project and strategic management. She is a member of the International Association for Political Science Students and the Ambassador of The World’s Largest Lesson. Victoria has finished school for young entrepreneurs in LvBS and has taken part in almost 20 educational programs and events. In 2019, she has become Young European Ambassador, and since then, she has implemented two conferences on the topic of Sustainable Development Goals, three online educational campaigns, and the national Europe Day Model of the European Parliament within the initiative.

It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
