I graduated from the University of Languages where I majored in teaching. At the same time, I applied for a master’s degree and entered the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University to the MBA programme which has double-diploma project with Georgia State University which located in the USA. Meanwhile, I am a socially active youngster of my country, a youth worker and a representative of a non-governmental organisation, ‘Bridge to the Future,’ in the capital of Azerbaijan. Furthermore, since 2018 I have also become a Youth Ambassador of the National Assembly of Youth Organisations of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Additionally, I have worked in international events and on projects such as Formula1, UEFA final League and the European Youth Olympic Festival which took place in Baku.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a B&S Europe-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
