Born in Moldova, the place that taught me there are still plenty of people and ideas to fight for. More than five years of selfless work were rewarded with achievements and experiences such as radio presenting, founding social care and ecological projects, leading an intellectual games team, becoming the Vice-President of the School Senate and many more. One example is the summer school Wave Week, where I developed a project for foster homes and later managed to become a staff member on the project. I learned flexibility and networking at Erasmus+ in Denmark, at the Pestalozzi Exchange in Switzerland and through debating and negotiating at International MUN conferences. During my IB Diploma on the Isle of Man, I was a House Prefect and the Head Boy, representing my house and the student body on many occasions. Due to the threats both from the outside and from within, I know that European countries must keep strong connections and open minds; with me involved, there is one more of the latter!
