Razmik obtained his bachelor degree from the Armenian State University of Economics at the faculty of Accounting and Audit. Now he is an MSE student in American University of Armenia. It is already 8 years he has been actively involved in youth work. Having participated in a lot of study sessions, youth exchanges and other projects, he is the founder and president of “Uniting Bridge” NGO, founder of “Come To Oshakan” Youth Initiative and co-founder of “Thaza Tegh” social-innovative project. Since 2020 he is also an EU4Youth Alumnus from Armenia.

EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a B&S Europe-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
