Rafael is an 11th-grade student at School no. 23 named after the National Hero Tahir Hasanov. He is a member of the Council of Child’s Ambassadors which operates under the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs of Azerbaijan. Additionally, Rafael is the Director of the Department of International Relations in this organization. He was the youngest Formula 1 volunteer in 2021 in Azerbaijan. Rafael was a participant and leader of the Second Working Group in the Fifth Republican Forum of Children of Azerbaijan. He believes that the best way to solve global problems is to engage young people in various conferences and debates as the first step. Furthermore, he is a poet, blogger, copywriter and online business owner. Rafael chose Diplomacy as a direction for higher education, and he is confident in his success in this sphere!
