Pavel Palubinski received a scholarship to study Intercultural Communication at the State Economic University (Minsk) where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpretation. He also holds a Master’s degree in Philology from the State Linguistic University (Minsk). Since 2017, he has been engaged in teaching, translation and interpretation for the state higher education establishments where he has been carrying out such youth-related projects as knowledge-sharing sessions on the best practices of the European Union which can be implemented in Belarus. Pavel is truly looking forward to productive cooperation with all the members of the ‘Young European Ambassadors’ (YEAs) initiative on both national and international levels.
This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a B&S Europe-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
