Mariam Vatchridze

Mariam is currently studying for a Bachelor degree in International Relations at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. She is interested in different socio-political issues and is determined to work hard for a better future for her country. Outside her studies, Mariam has been participating and implementing different projects to increase the well-being of young people around her. Additionally, she enjoys researching topics related to Political Sciences and International Relations and has taken part in scientific conferences, where her work has received awards on multiple occasions. 

Lizi Ukleba

Lizi is a secondary school student, with keen interests in physics, computer science, diplomacy, and politics. She is a member of the Kutaisi Youth Advisory Council and an alumna of ‘Technovation Girls Sakartvelo’. She has also secured 4th place in the ‘Millennium Innovations Award.’ As an active citizen and volunteer, she is engaged in receiving and spreading non-formal education. Mariam is studying for a Bachelor degree in International Relations at Tbilisi State University and is very involved in various projects and non-governmental activities. Her most important goal is to raise the Georgian public’s knowledge about the EU and introduce European values ​​in the Georgian society. Mariam is keen to contribute value to the Young European Ambassadors’ initiative.

Mariam Tsetskhladze

Mariam is an English Philology student at Shota Rustaveli State University who loves to travel and hike. She enjoys working with children and is eager to share her knowledge and experience with them. As such, she participates in a range of volunteer activities, including teaching English and a variety of other skills to children. She is a volunteer teacher at Batumi American Cornen and has previously worked at a summer school in Romania. In 2023, with the support of Erasmus +, she studied at Vytauto Didžiojo Universitetas (Vytautas Magnus University) in Lithuania. Her goal for the future is to ensure that every young Georgian has access to a high-quality education. 

Tamari Trapaidze

Tamari is a secondary school student and a member of the “EuroClub” youth organisation. She is engaged in a variety of interesting and helpful activities for other students geared towards organisational work with and for her peers. She has also participated in multiple “Erasmus+” exchange programs, where she has gained knowledge and experience about various topics in ecology, diversity, and non-formal education. Revaz Tchitanava

Revaz is a Master’s degree student in International Relations at Ilia State University, having received his Bachelor degree in International Relations from Caucasus University. He is currently spending his Erasmus+ exchange semester at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen (University of Groningen) in the Netherlands. He’s a co-founder of the “Youth Voices” organisation, which aims to raise awareness of EU funded projects in Georgia. Additionally, Revaz has also been a participant of many workshops and training with a core focus on EU integration, democratisation and human rights.

Nino Tchadadze

Nino is studying International Relations at Tbilisi State University. Her commitment to volunteering dates back to her school years, where she immersed herself in a variety of projects. Intrigued by the ecological field, Nino actively participated in projects with the non-governmental organisation ‘Caucasus Environmental NGO Network’ (CENN) and took on the role of an eco-club leader in her community. Passionate about future relations between Georgia and the EU, Nino’s academic focus extends to diplomacy as well. She firmly believes that fostering connections and understanding among young minds is pivotal, as they collectively shape the future of our global community.

Sulkhan Sirabidze

Sulkhan is an International Relations student at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, and is actively involved in local and international youth projects to contribute to Georgia’s European integration. Aleksandre Sivolapovi

Aleksandre is a young professional working in the financial field with a keen interest in economics and data sciences. He graduated from Caucasus University (CU) with one of the highest academic distinctions received at the university, achieving a GPA of 4.0 and earning the CU President’s Award. After a year-long internship at Nestle Georgia, he is now in the position of a financial analyst at the same company. Ketevan Tandashvili

Ketevan is studying for a Bachelor degree at the Faculty of Law of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. She is interested in establishing peaceful ways of life in her community. She also works as a teacher, working with young children in Georgia. Additionally she is a young lawyer and working in the non-govermental organisation called ‘Young Barristers”. Ketevan is keen to contribute value to the Young European Ambassadors’ initiative.

EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
