Anastasiia is coordinating numerous growth projects for more than 50 Ukrainian regional media. She is also a co-founder of a local youth NGO, which has engaged 40 volunteers since the full-scale invasion. Here, Anastasiia helps to educate young people and fundraise great amounts for the defensive army of Ukraine.

Danylo Sapizhuk

Danylo is a high school student, who is passionate about combining different factors to solve global problems, as well as improving relations with different countries. He studies scientific technology, artificial intelligence and the development of various programs that can be very useful, and he speaks English fluently. Maryna Sabashenko

Maryna is a second-year Bachelor degree student majoring in International Economic Relations at Харківський національний університет іменi В.Н. Каразіна (Kharkiv National University named after V.N. Karazin). She is a youth worker who is also involved in projects for women affected by the war in Ukraine. Maryna actively participates in projects funded by the European Commission. Her areas of interest include learning foreign languages, promoting diversity and raising awareness of topics silenced by the international community. She firmly believes that youth is the power that can change our world for the better.

Liudmyla Romanchuk

Liudmyla is studying International Communications at the Institute of International Relations. As a public activist and student, she was interested in the European Union and youth policy. After an exchange in Slovakia, Liudmyla finally decided to promulgate European values, and this has led to her latest role as a Young European Ambassador.

Marharyta Rohoza

Margot is a dedicated and passionate activist working within the European Union to champion various social and environmental causes. Born in Kyiv, Margot’s commitment to activism began at a young age, driven by her belief in a more just and sustainable world. Since 2022, she has been on her gap year as an ESC volunteer in the Czech Republic and an Erasmus participant in Austria and Spain. In addition, she is a passionate English teacher and mentor with experience of over 5 years and is keen on starting an educational revolution in Ukraine.

Olha Rodina

Olha is a third year student of International Relations, Public Communications and Regional Studies. She takes an active part in student government and is constantly looking for new opportunities (projects, training events). She has participated in three short-term Erasmus+ projects. She considers her strengths to be sociability, determination, organisation, and self-development. At 19, she notes that she has not decided on her life’s work, but she is working hard to achieve self-discovery. She joined the Young European Ambassadors’ initiative to understand what she could do to bring about change at all levels of our society.

Victoriia Pustova

Anna Protsai

Anna received her Master’s degree in International Law from the Institute of International Relations of Київський національний університет iменi Тараса Шевченка (Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko) in December 2022. She is actively involved in civil society life in Ukraine by cooperating with the Nobel Prize 2022 winner, Center for Civil Liberties and a Ukrainian organisation with social democratic values, SD Platform. In 2016 she was studying English with native speakers at the Pratt Institute, New York. Anna is keen to strengthen relations between the EU and Ukraine and is proud to be a part of the Young European Ambassadors’ initiative.

Yuliia is a student at the Київський національний університет iменi Тараса Шевченка (Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko), majoring in Applied Mathematics. She is a graduate of the EU Study Days 2023 project of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, an organiser of numerous volunteer events and a volunteer of the Youth Parliament. Anastasiia studies Spanish and English languages at the Київський національний лiнгвiстичний унiверситет (Kyiv National Linguistic University). She is a co-founder of online foreign language school «De.White» and teaches English using her own creative methods. She is a finalist of the project “School of Success” by Klitschko Foundation, a volunteer and a social activist with a proactive position. She has participated in four Erasmus+ youth exchanges in Latvia, Hungary, Georgia, and Ireland as a participant and team-leader.

Polina Paziura

Polina is a future student in the field of international relations. She has graduated from an art school, actively participates in various events, and dedicates her time to volunteering. Polina has become a semifinalist of the FLEX program and has attended the Etol Diplomacy School organised by the American Councils. Olena Pavlova

Currently studying in the 10th grade, Olena continues exploring the world of politics and is a member of the school parliament. She seizes ever opportunity to serve others, and has participated in numerous charity fairs either by writing childrens’ books or crafting for sale. Olena also cares about the environment and has created three ecological projects on the Participatory Budget and participated in a massive clean-up in Warsaw. She enjoys video editing and graphic design, skills that she now uses to design posts for community organisations. As a Young European Ambassador, Olena looks forward to broadening her participation in volunteering, ecological, and political activities.

EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
