Ainur Mamedova

Ainur studied Psychology and Political Sciences at Sokhumi State University, and has studied Business Administration in Hungary on an Erasmus + exchange program. She currently works as an English teacher and actively participates in various projects. Ainur was a member of the Georgian Student Parliament as well and looks forward to her latest role as a Young European Ambassador.

David is an ethnic Azerbaijani living in Georgia, currently completing his secondary school studies. He loves history, geography and literature, and is actively involved in volunteer activities and participates in exchange programs, including Erasmus+. He would like to study International Relations at university to become a diplomat and contribute to the development of his country.

Mariam Mamaladze

Mariam is finishing her secondary studies and has been actively engaged in activities like volunteering, civic clubs, organising sports championships, non-governamental organisations and scouting. Her belief in youth and initiative led her to become the president of citywide school-self governments. She is determined to combine her ambitious nature, passion for adventure and deep curiosity towards the world to influence an impactful change and secure a better future for Georgia. Mariam hopes to enhance her understanding of business, international relations, philosophy and arts in one of the best universities in the world.

Ana Loladze

Ana is studying International Relations at Tbilisi State University. She is actively working with local and international youth-led organisations such as Association Internationale des Étudiants en Sciences Économiques et Commerciales (AIESEC). These are organisations that provide a chance for her to connect with different people and learn from international professionals in various fields. Ana also tries to engage with people of different backgrounds through international projects and volunteering to learn about people’s stories and the reality of their everyday lives, which is one of the greatest interests of hers. 

Mariam Kurdadze

She is actively engaged in educational activities and enjoys communicating with people, especially sharing her culture with foreigners and hearing about their values. Luka Kupatadze

Luka graduated from secondary school and intends to continue his studies in the field of technological sciences. He has been a volunteer in multiple organisations and has participated in 3 Erasmus + Youth Exchange programs. During these experiences he learned and gained useful skills through informal education in a multicultural environment. Luka is interested in the Young European Abassadors’ work, and wants to learn about international relations, diplomacy, young leadership and he looks forward to connecting with like-minded volunteers.

Sopio Kortiashvili

Sopio is currently studying International Relations with German and has always been interested and amazed by Europe and the EU. She is an ESC Coordinator and Youth leader at ProActiveGroup Georgia, and was a volunteer of the European Solidarity corps program in Poland, experienced in organising social media campaigns, presentations about Erasmus +, ESC and other funded volunteering youth opportunities in different universities and youth centres. She was also part of the International conference that took place in Moldova with Eastern Partnership countries as the participants.

Maka is working towards a Bachelor in Public Administration and State Government at the International Black Sea University. She is actively involved in informal education, and a mentor and trainer. She is also the Ambassador of the United Nations Association of Georgia in the field of healthcare. Maka is currently chairwoman of the mayor’s advisory body in her hometown, Khobi, in the Youth Council. She is keen to contribute value to the Young European Ambassadors’ initiative in the months to come.

Tamta Kikvadze

Tamta is an International School of Economics (ISET) student at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, and works as an account manager in an American company. She leads volunteer teams in Georgia and is involved in environmental and community development projects. She actively participates in international events. Over the past few months, Tamta has been delivering presentations on the importance of UN sustainable development goals and leadership in various cities of the Czech Republic. After returning to Georgia, she joined the Young European Ambassadors, as she believes that this is one of the best opportunities to make positive changes.

Maria-Ioanna Kiknadze

Ioanna considers herself to be an active citizen, having been volunteering since 2020. She is an official assistant of American Corner’s Coordinator, a member of the “Youth For The Development of Khashuri” organisation, as well as “JEF-Georgia”, BITISI’s Career and Artivism club, and others. She is interested in English literature, writing poems, art and world history, cinematography, mythology, classical and Hozier’s music, and intellectual games. Nia Khutsishvili

Nia is a secondary school student with a passion for mathematics, chemistry, and english. She intends to continue her studies in medicine. Nia enjoys drawing and in her free time and likes to create portraits. She also enjoys conversing with people and discussing controversial topics. She is often the initiator of discussions in her class. Nia’s initial motivation for becoming a part of the Young European Amabassadors’ initiative was the welfare of Georgia and its people, and she is excited about the opportunities the initiative will bring to improve her country’s future.

It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
