Neli Abrahamyan is a PhD Student and research assistant at the UNESCO Chair on Prevention and Other Atrocity Crimes at Yerevan State University. She obtained her MA in Genocide Studies, and was a PhD exchange student at the Université Catholique de Louvain in 2019.  Since January 2020 Neli is a part of EU4Youth Alumni Network and is actively involved in different volunteering initiatives. She is also one of the participants of KAS Democracy Lab 2020, and one of the interns coordinating YEAs Armenian network.

It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
