Mari is a first-year Law student at the Free University of Tbilisi. She is planning to pursue her career in the fields of International or Criminal Law and Human Rights. Mari actively takes up projects that correlate with her interests, such as moot courts, Public Speaking contests, debates and so on. She has been associated with organizations like YCG and also has experience in participating in educational camps that were funded by the EU and Goethe-Institut.

It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
