Mariam graduated from school this year, with interests in diplomacy, law, foreign affairs, and economy, and is planning to pursue International Relations at university. As a member of the FLEX (Future Leaders Exchange) and PGLF (Preparing Global Leaders Forum) international alumni networks, she fosters tolerance, equality and responsibility on a global level and does her best to “be the change she wishes to see in the world.” Mariam is one of the winners of the National Georgian Language Olympiad 2021, an alumnus of the European School Summer Camp 2020 supported by the EU, the winner of the “Strasbourg and Basic Human Rights” project and was a volunteer coordinator at “Young Leaders’ International Academy.” As a future diplomat, Mariam considers being a Young European Ambassador a step closer to her primary goal – playing a role in our society’s advancement by sharing EU values and proving that we are #StrongerTogether.
