Mariam Papaskiri has graduated from high school this year and is planning to pursue International Relations at university, as her fields of interest include diplomacy, law, foreign affairs and economy. As a member of FLEX (Future Leaders Exchange) and PGLF (Preparing Global Leaders Forum) international alumni networks, she fosters a sense of tolerance, equality and responsibility on a worldwide level and does her best to “be the change she wishes to see in the world.” Mariam is one of the winners of the National Georgian Language Olympiad 2021, an alumna of European School Summer Camp 2020 supported by the EU, the winner of the “Strasbourg and Basic Human Rights” project and was a Volunteer Coordinator at “Young Leaders’ International Academy.” As a future diplomat, for Mariam, being a Young European Ambassador is getting one step closer to her primary goal – playing a role in our society’s advancement by sharing EU values and proving that we are #StrongerTogether.
