Luka is currently studying Political Science at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. He is also interested in International Relations and is actively trying to promote equality in his country. He is also involved in civic life and is currently a volunteer team leader at the Young Leaders International Academy. For a few years now, he has also been the chairman of the Youth Parliament in his town. Peer education is something he is passionate about and hopes to develop. Luka has a long-standing experience of working at NGOs as well and has taken part in a variety of conferences. A year ago, he was a participant in the European Council Modelling Session which was organised by the YEAs and was named Best Speaker. Now he is a member of a popular youth show ‘Bookshelf’. He says, “Our generation has a lot of opportunities to improve the world, and the Young European Ambassadors initiative is our best chance to unite and do so because the voice of youth can do anything.”
