Luka Tughushi has graduated from high school this year and is currently studying Political Science at Tbilisi State University. He is also interested in International Relations and tries to promote equality in his country. He is actively involved in civic life. Now, he is a volunteer team leader at the Young Leaders International Academy. For a few years he has been a chairman of the Youth Parliament in his town. He took part in many conferences, and it is very important for him to develop peer education. Luka has a long-standing experience of working at NGOs as well. One year ago he was a participant in the European Council Modelling Session which was organized by the YEAs and was named Best Speaker. Now he is a member of a popular youth show Bookshelf. He says, “Our generation has a lot of opportunities to improve the world, and the Young European Ambassadors initiative is the best chance for us to do our best and unite because the voice of youth can do anything.”
