Lilit Broyan studied Finance & Banking and holds a BA from Armenian State University of Economics. Currently. she works as a marketing consultant for international startups and as a marketing trainer for local programs of various NGOs and international organizations. She is the founder of EduCrush, skill-based educational community for young people and also the co-founder of Volunteam, volunteer culture development NGO in Armenia. She is an active advocate of equal skill-based education for all.

EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a B&S Europe-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
