Lidiia is a determined student at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute where her aim is to study the best EU digitalization and e-governance practices and promote them in Ukraine. Having received a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, she strives to understand how good policies are made in the world of fast-changing technologies. Recently, she has organized the first E-Governance competition in Ukraine, involving the E-governance for Accountability and Participation (EGAP) program, the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. At her university, she works in the Student Council’s International Department, establishing contacts with students from all over the world and the EU. In order to share her professional experience and gain more knowledge about EU values, she joined the YEAs initiative.
This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a B&S Europe-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
