Jemma graduated from Yerevan State University with a Bachelor of Honours degree in Spanish Language and Literature. In the past, she volunteered at the American Council for International Education in Armenia, and the Football Federation of Armenia, and has actively participated in several projects promoting non-formal education. She currently works as a recruitment assistant for the FLEX Programme. She is actively involved in non-formal educational activities and believes that the involvement of young people in their communities is very important and is a guarantee for a better future.
