Ilkin graduated from the “Strategic Management” speciality of “Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry” University. He passed the professional development course at “The Azerbaijan Institute of Education” on “Management of projects on non-formal teaching methodology”. He is one of the young people who have been active in the social and political life of Azerbaijan for 6 years. Ilkin worked as a youth specialist at the Azerbaijan representative office of the “Y-Peer Youth” Network and at the “Support for Youth Education” Public Union. He worked as a project manager at the “Eurasian International Studies and Relations” Public Union and the “Institute of Democratic Initiatives”.
