Gozal Sultanova graduated from both the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (MBA) and Azerbaijan University of Languages (Bachelor’s degree) with distinction. She has also been the exchange student at the Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius, Lithuania and completed it with the certificate of Gratitude. She has gathered professional experience thereby participating in several international conferences, summer schools, and projects in Europe and Azerbaijan. As a Young European Ambassador, she has participated in the 10th anniversary of the Eastern Partnership in Brussels to celebrate the achievements of the EaP over the past decade which was organised by the EU Neighbours East project in collaboration with EU institutions including European Parliament and European Comission.
This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a B&S Europe-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
