Elshad is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy at Bakı Dövlət Universiteti (Baku State University). He is also working as an International Relations Specialist at the Azərbaycan Dillər Universiteti (Azerbaijan University of Languages). Elshad has been working as a youth worker for five years and has participated in both local (ASYOU, Ireli PU) and international (F1, UEFA, EYOF) organisational events. Elshad has been interested in international relations since his school years, and considers that working with foreign people from all around the world is one of the best experiences that he gained as a young person. He is highly interested in learning foreign languages too, especially German and Spanish.
