Elene graduated BA in social and political science from Tbilisi State University, specialized in Journalism and Mass communications. Wrote her thesis on the Role of the Media in Promoting European Values and Media Narratives. Also, this year she was accepted to the Executive Master program in EU Studies, by “CIFE”. During her student years, she was selected for the JCN educational program delivered by the Natolin Campus of College of Europe. Furthermore, she took part in the Erasmus+ program as an EVS volunteer in Bulgaria. Each of her activities has sparked her interest in media from a European perspective. She has acquired professional experience at Creative Europe Desk Georgia and the “Lights on Europe” podcast based in Brussels, Belgium. Currently, she is employed at Philip Morris International, Commercial Department. She hopes to help Georgia in realizing its European aspirations to the maximum, as well as in bringing positive changes within the society.
